LOCALISED Climate Action Strategiser Tool (CAST)
As part of the LOCALISED project, CMF developed one of the main products, the Climate Action Strategiser Tool, as well as integrating the back-end development of the tool. We also developed and implemented the stakeholder engagement strategy, anchoring the tool in a co-creative, user-driven process that ensures relevance, accessibility, and real-world impact.
What is the CAST?
The LOCALISED Climate Action Strategiser Tool is an innovative, science-based tool that empowers local and regional governments to chart a clear path toward a climate-resilient, emission-free future. Developed to support the creation of Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs), the Strategiser provides tailored emission reduction and adaptation pathways aligned with national decarbonisation strategies and Europe’s net-zero goals.
